Charities We Support

Birdies for the Brave.    Since our first event in 2011, the Foundation has donated in excess of $910,000 to the Birdies for the Brave (the PGA Tour’s military outreach program).

These donations are then passed onto individual charities that work with both the Birdies for the Brave and the Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes and have agreed to focus these donations to wounded heroes located in the South Carolina and Georgia low country area.

We partner with Birdies for the Brave (B4B) for several reasons; (1) A common focus, (2) 100% of what we donate to B4B goes directly to the charities we select. B4B takes no salaries, administrative fees, or other additional fees of any sort from the donations we make thereby insuring more reaches our Wounded Heroes, and (3) our love of golf.

This year we raised another $170,000 and now we're on our quest to reach $1,000.000 in donations.

See specific charity information below for the donations we made this year and in total to each charity we support.
